The Group Mentor Coaching program is designed to support ICF Core Competency proficiency through interactive learning sessions and practicum style coaching practice. The mentoring program meets the 10 mentor coaching hours requirements for ICF certification (https://coachfederation.org/mentor-coaching) with seven-group coaching and three-individual mentor coaching sessions.
A cohort of six to 10 participants will meet bi-weekly for 14 weeks and do a deep dive learning of each of the Core Competencies through assigned homework, listening for the competencies in live coaching sessions, and while delivering coaching to a classmate. Each session will be held for 90-minutes.
The next cohort starts on February 11, 2025 from 12:00pm – 1:30pm ET (10:00 – 11:30am MT).
These group training/practicum sessions cover the ICF Core Competencies:

Additionally, each participant will receive three 60-min individual mentor coaching sessions. Participants will bring a coaching session recording to each of the mentor sessions, and constructive feedback will be provided by Kim or Irene. The investment for this program is $1,750.00USD.
Note: This program is delivered in English and all sessions are delivered virtually.
