As a new executive coach, I was excited to work with Kim as my mentor coach. She has a great knack for helping me get to the issue and really figure out how I need to show up to be a more effective coach for my clients…Kim also helped me develop an awareness of how to help clients define their own accountability rather than taking that on myself.
